GREAT! You wish to join our organization. We're always looking to expand our family of members. OGC is not only about creating superior quality musical shows; we're also about having a great time doing it! We have found over the years that the sense of family created within the chorus often leads to life-long friendships. We sing TTBB (Tenor I, Tenor II, Baritone, Bass) and SATB (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) and are committed to performing a wide range of musical styles - from classical to camp and patriotic to pop.

Chorus membership is not limited to any particular number of individuals and varies slightly from concert to concert. At present, we have over 100 members. Two things you'll need right off the bat:

Openness, teamwork and a positive attitude

OGC holds auditions for potential singing members in late August and early January, and presents two to three main concerts each season. We encourage all singing and support members to participate in these. In addition, we present various outreach and fundraising performances throughout the community during the year.

As either a singing or support member, we request that you attend weekly rehearsals for any concert period in which you are performing or assisting. Rehearsals are held every Wednesday from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm at the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra Rehearsal Hall inside the John & Rita Lowndes Shakespeare Center, 812 E. Rollins Street, in Orlando's Loch Haven Park. An additional technical rehearsal is scheduled during the week prior to each concert. Our concert season is presented at The Plaza Live theatre, 425 N. Bumby Avenue, just east of Downtown Orlando.
