The Orlando Gay Chorus consists of men and women; singing and non-singing members; and gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and straight individuals.

Membership in OGC is open to all persons age 18 or older upon approval of the Board of Directors. Special conditions apply to minors, age 16 and 17, who are accepted as members.

The Orlando Gay Chorus follows an equal opportunity employment policy and employs personnel without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, heritage, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status or marital status.
